INAUGURAL ART EXHIBIT at the Platinum Club December 3 - 30, 1999 Opening Reception: Friday, December 3 7 to 9:30 P.M. more details on the artists The artists selected for this exhibition have been a vital part of the F-street corridor since the early 90¹s. Each artist has developed individually, yet they remain connected by their interest in maintaining a presence in the rapidly changing downtown arts/business district. Another common thread running through this exhibit is a lyrical and painterly focus on the figure. Like several businesses and organizations currently downtown, the Platinum club extends itself to the arts by providing an opportunity to exhibit the work of local, national and international artists.
